Privacy Policy

Photos you upload. When you upload a photo of your pet, we use it to generate your personalized artwork. See "How Your Pet Photos Are Used" below for detail on that process.

Contact and order information. Your email address, and — for physical orders — the shipping name and address you provide at checkout.

Payment information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.

Usage and advertising data. We may use analytics or advertising tools (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel and the Pinterest Tag) to understand how visitors use the site and measure the performance of our ads. These tools can use cookies or similar technology in your browser.

Bot and fraud prevention. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from automated bots when you generate artwork. It runs silently in the background and doesn't require you to solve a puzzle. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details on the limited technical signals it processes (like IP address and browser type) — Cloudflare states it cannot identify you personally from this data.

Your uploaded photo is sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, for image generation, and Replicate, for background removal and print-resolution upscaling) solely to produce your artwork. We don't use your photos to train AI models, and we don't share them with anyone beyond what's needed to generate and fulfill your order.

Preview images shown on the site are watermarked. The full-resolution artwork is kept private and is only used to produce your physical product (sent directly to our print partner, Printful) or your digital download, if purchased.

If you generate artwork but don't purchase anything, your uploaded photo and the generated images are automatically deleted after 14 days. We'll email you a reminder before that happens so you have a chance to order first.

If you purchase a product, we keep the artwork and order details on file to fulfill your order and provide support if something goes wrong with it.

We share information with the following third parties, only as needed to run the site and fulfill your order:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — printing and shipping physical products (receives your shipping address and the final artwork).
• OpenAI, Google (Gemini) & Replicate — AI image generation and processing.
• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Resend — sending order and account emails.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Cloudflare — bot and fraud prevention (Turnstile).
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Pinterest — advertising measurement, if you arrive via one of our ads.

We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

You can ask us to delete your photos, generated artwork, or account information at any time — just email us and we'll take care of it, except where we're required to keep order records for legal or accounting purposes.

Crestfur is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
