Returns & Refunds
Every item is custom-made with your pet's photo, so we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or refund. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before production begins — use the cancel link in your order confirmation email or order status page. Once production has started, orders can no longer be canceled.
